Return Policy

When you purchase a quilt or other merchandise from us, we want you to be completely satisfied. We realize that sometimes merchandise, especially a one-of-a-kind quilt, can look different when you get it in your home than when you see it on the Internet.

If you should decide to return merchandise, please follow the instructions below.

Within two weeks of the date you receive the item, contact Geraldine or Patty at 601-437-8905 or mcc@msculturalcrossroads.org to indicate your intention to return your purchase. We must receive the item within 30 days of the date you received it. You must insure the item for the purchase price and send it first class United States Postal Service, UPS, or Federal Express.

Once we receive the item in good condition, we will refund the amount you paid for the purchase, but not the shipping charges. If a credit card was used, we will credit your account. If a check was used, we will send you a check in the the mail.
